Welcome to the 2012 Prairie City Race Series

2012 will be the 17th season of our event. We regularly get over 450 racers and limit the field to 500 so please read the following registration information carefully.

On-line registration Fees: All classes including tandem are $30 Adult or Junior for first time registration of the season. Note: Please register on-line only one time per Series.

All following races after you've raced once is only $20 per race. Juniors 17 and under are $10 each following race. Returning racers, please use speed check.

Walk up (day of) registration: $40 and will open at 4:30pm race day but limited to the first 500 racers, pre-registration is strongly encouraged.

Only pre-registered racers will be guaranteed a T-shirt. (Limited to first 600 attending racers during the Series) Schwag bags are first come first served.

Kids races (last 4 races of the Series) are $10 first time then $5.

SEASON PASS: A Season Pass will save you the cost of two races. The regular season would cost you $250. The season pass at or before the first two races is $210 adult, $120 Junior 17 and under. The cost for a season pass will be pro-rated after the second race.

Refund policy: Unless the event is cancelled there are no refunds. You may however put your fee toward a future race (In THIS Series) for a $5 admin fee. A season pass may be transferred to another racer for a $15 fee.

STOP AND READ THIS BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO REGISTER ONLINE: Please register on-line only one time per Series/season. If you have already registered or raced the current Series then just show up and use speed check or walk up check in.

If you are a minor you will need to have this WAIVER signed by your parent or legal guardian.

Kids races: There is NO online registration for the Kids races... just show up, register and race! (check start dates!)

NEW RACER REGISTRATION - if you are NEW to a BicyclingEvents.com event.

QUICK REGISTRATION - if you have raced with BicyclingEvents.com after October 2009. This includes RodeoCross, Prairie City Races, Cyclebration MTB or Sacramento CX races. If your name is in the drop down list, you can use quick register.

2012 Race Dates:
APRIL: 4, 11, 18, 25
MAY: 2, 9, 23, 30 (no race the 16th!)
JUNE: 6, 13, 20, 27 (BBQ and awards to be announced)

Regular Wednesday schedule:
The Juniors at 5:45 (see start date) Adults will start at 6:05pm sharp.
Wave starts: Experts first followed by Sport and Beginner. The 2012 start sequence is HERE.

RACE LICENSE and PARKING FEES:
You DO NOT need any kind of license to race with us and parking is FREE! :-)

Other Registration information:

On-line registration will close each Tuesday before that weeks race and will re-open each Thursday. You may start racing anytime during the season with us. You can always register at the event on any race day but add an additional $10 for race day registration.

It is HIGHLY recommended getting to the your first race of the season early for check in. Gates open at 4:15, registration/check in closes at 6:00 sharp! There is NO fee to enter the park and you do not need any type of license to race with us! :-)
