NOTICE ABOUT NUMBER PLATES!

Please note that unless you have a number plate that meets the minimum requirements below you will not be scored - even if you call out your number!

If you lose your number plate, you must make (or purchase) a new one but the numbers MUST BE at least 3" high and 1/2" thick. with BLACK ink on light colored background. If you get an "emergency" blank number plate at registration YOU must take the time to make up another plate that meets these requirements. We have the tools to allow yourself to do so. Here are some examples of what is acceptable, and what is NOT.

Acceptable number plates:

These are NOT acceptable:

 Take the number plate pop-quiz:
Which one of these does not belong?

Scoring information - please read it carefully!

** You have until 6pm the Monday following a race to notify us of a scoring error.**

We need your help in scoring. You MUST be responsible
for the following if you want to be scored correctly!

  1. MOST IMPORTANT - Be sure you are registered in the proper class - see the class category number list at registration.

  2. Your number plate must be correctly attached to the front of the bike.

  3. Please KEEP your number plate. It will be your number plate for the entire season! If you change classes you will need to purchase a new number plate ($2). If you have lost your original number plate you must make up a new one that meets the requirements listed on the top of this page. (Feel free to get your number plate laminated!)

  4. After you cross the finish line STAY IN ORDER until your number is recorded. PLEASE stop momentarily
at the finish area to be sure your number is called!

  5. If you do not finish the race or do all your laps please sign the DNF list at the finish line. If you do not you will not be recorded as starting OR finishing.

  6. Please do not go through the finish line cones if you are not finishing! Go around to do your next lap and please do not loiter in the finish area after your position has been recorded. Be respectful of other racers continuing on more laps and finishing.

Please contact Brian for results related questions or corrections. If you know of an error, please tell us!

The results are UNOFFICIAL until the Next weeks results are posted. All previous corrections will be reflected in the CURRENT weeks results.
